Beauty Acupuncture

Receive a private Chinese medicine constitutional assessment and acupuncture treatment by Dr Abbie.

Meditation

Be transported to a deep relaxation through a guided meditation session by Emma Maidment.

Supper

Light supper of organic to ground and centre you before the relaxing night’s sleep that’s to come.

Sunrise Meditation

Optional sunrise meditation led by Emma Maidment to bring in the day.

(Suitable for those who have never meditated before).

Yin Yoga

A juicy, watery yin yoga led by Emma Maidment will ground you into your morning and expand your body for the day ahead. (Beginner level)

Brunch

Ease your way into the day with a brunch prepared by our private chef.

Cosmetic Treatments

Relax as Dr Abbie provides you with your private natural cosmetic treatments, beauty acupuncture and Glow Sha.

You Time

Enjoy the surroundings of our private residence, sink into a book, go for a mindful walk or pre-book a massage (let us know in your booking).

Grazing Platter

Nibble or indulge in our grazing platter that’s available to you as lunch and afternoon snack.

Foot Baths & Face Masks

Dr Abbie provides Chines Medicine medicinal foot baths to ground you & face masks to hydrate and brighten your face.

Dinner

Enjoy a thoughtful meal created by our private chef + organic wine and kombucha + chats and laughs around the table.
